Hi, I'm Vicki - and I'd love to introduce you to your very best you.
For more than 30 years, I have helped people find their potential as great leaders and individual contributors, professionally and personally.

In business, I have seen every level of success and failure at companies large and small. As a Learning and Development leader in diverse industries, I’ve had a front row seat to leadership behaviors that work and don’t work.
As a coach I’ve shared the tough feedback. As a consultant I’ve rewritten the plan. These experiences and my own as a leader, facilitator, coach, networker and parent of five kids have taught me well.

There was no clearly defined path. Like many of you, my journey has included dips and stalls as well as powerful, risk-taking leaps. There were tough work and life circumstances that I backed down from, and my confidence often took the biggest hit.
Without confidence, we suffer. Today I face the tough stuff head on, not allowing excuses. What changed? Having a coach. Hearing the tough stuff. Making and keeping a commitment to continuously improve. Self-trust. A sense of humor helps too.
Learn. Grow. Lead.

THE POWER OF LEARNING

Learning and development is regarded as a “must have” in most organizations. But that doesn’t mean it’s being done well.

Every day helping others be their best is what I do best. Professionally or personally, leading a team or learning about themselves, it is a win.
When you get clear on your goals, map out a plan to achieve them, and have the tools and understanding of how to navigate the path - nothing will stop you.
So that’s why I’m here. How about you?
Why not drop me a quick note to say hey and let’s have a chat this week at your convenience?
I’d love to hear what you’re working on - or want to be working on - and see how I might be able to help you get there.

GIVING BACK
Fitness and philanthropy have always been important in my life and my business. I'm honored to support two impactful organizations -
Girls on the Run, an organization that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running, and Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly, a non-profit organization, has been working to end loneliness and social isolation among older people in the United States for more than 60 years.
